College & Career Readiness

Our College and Career Readiness Program supports Native high school students and community members as they prepare for college, trade schools, and other post-secondary pathways. We provide guidance through each step of the process, including college exploration, applications, financial aid, scholarships, and career planning. We offer college tours throughout the Northwest, giving them the chance to explore campuses and programs available to them.

Through individualized support, family engagement and education, and community-centered programming, our program strives to ensure that each person we work with is equipped with the knowledge, confidence, and resources needed to pursue higher education and achieve long-term success.
